A 3,000 square foot house located in the foothills five miles north of Boulder was a perfect backdrop for the Southwestern style. Over-buffed hardwood floors were installed throughout the house with matching furniture accents. A soft look and feel for the window dressing and furniture coverings complemented the wood finishes.

 

A beautiful adobe home set into the earth near Ward, Colorado, was a blank slate on which to paint a Southwestern masterpiece. Many adobe fixtures were built directly into the walls and foundation, including three working fireplaces. Natural, lightly finished wood is present throughout the house, adding a rustic touch. The home is heated entirely with solar panels placed out of sight behind the adobe walls.

 

Santa Fe Bed and Breakfast is a cozy collection of seven small, adobe houses surrounding a large main house. Guests enjoy the original art on the walls, painted by well-known Southwestern and Native American artists. The Bed and Breakfast serves authentic Mexican and Native American cuisine, surrounded by the warmth of two fireplaces in the dining area.
