Current Work : Expectations

What can you expect from Glowball Solutions as a new member of our client family? The following is a very brief overview of the procedures we follow in the development of your online presence.

1. We will spend as much time with you as needed in order to completely understand your project and what your needs are. How much of the content will be developed by your team? How much do you want to provide for your visitors?
2. Once an overview of your project has been drawn up between our company and yours, you will receive a detailed Project Plan outlining your new site and its features. This document also includes a cost and time frame estimate. After you sign the document(s) work can begin!
3. If you need a logo designed, you will receive a few to choose from and will work immediately with our graphic designer to find the right branding and representation.
4. We will work on the labels for your site navigation in tandem with the "Look and Feel" for your site, all of which must be approved by you in the early stages.
5. You will be provided with Log On information so you can watch your site develop from the ground up in a protected area.
6. We will help you choose the hosting plan that is right for you, as well as help you purchase whatever domain names you need.
7. Every area of the site will need to be individually approved by you before they are considered finished. When all of the site is finished, we will enter a testing phase where our testing team will make sure that everything works according to specifications.
8. We require payment by this point before releasing the site to the general Internet public.
9. We then submit your site to all of the top search engines and send you a CD-ROM containing your site's files and many convenient software packages.
10. Your limited, 30-day maintenance period begins the day your site is released.
